About the Event

I happy to host my next Silent Walking Meditation at Harcroft House on Wednesday the 15th September. This event will be hosted as part of my offerings for my Community of the White Rose. The cost of the walk is R100 or FREE for members of my Community (please message me directly to find out how to join).

I believe more strongly than ever that our connection to Nature is a very important aspect of spirituality and finding our alignment to Source and our heart centre. In these times of mass awakening and a return to a more spiritual way of life, Mother Earth has a lot to offer us and we can assist our healing journey by connecting with her energy.

For those who have not yet attended, these walks will be done in silence with the intention of both receiving and offering back energy to our beautiful planet. We can only connect deeply with ourselves if we provide the opportunity to be silent, to be consciously aware and to enjoy the presence of Nature or stillness. This walk offers you an introduction to walking meditation, especially suited to those that have difficulty with sitting meditative work.

We will meet at Harcroft House, directions to be uploaded before we meet. Please be there at 6:45am, 15 minutes before the start of the walk, for a brief introduction and short breathing exercise in order to align and attune to our intention. Arrive in comfortable clothes and walking shoes, no cell phones during the walk.

We are all feeling the powerful energetic shifts taking place and it is in Nature that we can find solace and reconnect to that part of ourselves that holds our peace and sacredness. Let's take the time to walk together to honour this planet and all of its peoples.
